Red Bourbon Tabi – Vergara Brothers Washed

This coffee is produced by the Vergara Brothers at Finca Las Flores, located in Acevedo, Huila — a region widely recognised for producing some of Colombia’s most expressive and refined specialty coffees. Grown at 1,750 metres above sea level, the combination of altitude, cool climate and fertile soils allows for slow cherry maturation and exceptional flavour development.

With an SCA score of 88.25, this coffee reflects the Vergara Brothers’ focus on precision farming and clean processing, resulting in a cup that is both complex and beautifully balanced.
