We’re Channing and Ianik. Two food and coffee lovers who wanted to create something from the ground up, driven by passion and a shared love for flavour.
Just like embers slowly form from fuel, Ember is something we’re building from scratch, with care and intention.
Cooking, brewing and serving are how we connect with others. These small rituals bring joy both to us and to those around us. We love exploring food and coffee at their best, and we want to share that sense of discovery with you.
For us, making a coffee is more than a drink, it’s a moment of pause. Our hope is that Ember becomes that for you too: something simple, thoughtful, and quietly special.
