This coffee is produced by Gil and Edu Melo at Fazenda Espigao, located in Pratinha within Brazil’s renowned Cerrado Mineiro region - the country’s first Denomination of Origin for coffee.

Built on generations of coffee knowledge, the farm combines tradition with precision-driven practices, including selective harvesting, careful lot separation and controlled drying protocols.
