This coffee comes from Las Moras farm in Pitalito, Huila, one of Colombia’s most celebrated regions for specialty coffee. High altitude, cool nights and rich volcanic soils create ideal conditions for developing sweetness, clarity and vibrant acidity.
Processed using a natural method, the cherries are dried with the fruit still intact, allowing sugars and fruit character to fully infuse into the bean. This results in a lively, wine-like profile with layered fruit notes and a rounded, silky mouthfeel.
